This is a game-ready fan art of Ekko, inspired by his appearan ce in League of Legends and Arcane. I created this project as a perso nal challenge to bring one of my favorite characters to life in 3D, focu sing on style, anatomy, and clean topology suitable for real-time engines.
From sculpting in ZBrush to modeling in Maya and texturing in Sub stance Painter, I aimed to capture Ekko’s energy and rebellious spi rit through careful attention to detail—from his iconic hairstyle and ac cessories to the materials and final presentation in Marmoset Toolbag. This project helped me refine my character workflow and push my skills fur ther as a 3D artist passionate about stylized art and storytelling through design.
The project focuses on Angelica — a strong yet graceful persona whose personality is conveyed through subtle expressions, realistic skin shading, and detailed hair and fabric rendering.
I Built using a modern 3D-pipeline, the model was textured with a combination of hand-painted techniques and physically based materials, then lit with a cinematic three-point setup to enhance form and mood. The final presentation aims to balance realism with stylized appeal, making the character both believable and visually compelling.
“The Witch and the Temple” is the project I developed as the final thesis for my Game Assets master’s program at Rainbow Academy. Created in one month, the work is fully game-ready thanks to a meticulous optimization process.
For its creation, I used several professional software tools, including Maya, ZBrush, Adobe Substance Painter, Marmoset Toolbag, Unreal Engine 5, and DaVinci Resolve, ensuring a high-quality result both visually and technically. Every element in the project was personally crafted by me.
